Stevens’ team of Move Coordinators and top-rated drivers work together to assure that moves performed for government employees are performed with the utmost care and attention to detail. As a GSA customer of Stevens Worldwide Van Lines, a Move Coordinator is assigned as the primary point of contact for each transferee. He or she will:
- Introduce themselves and discuss details of the move process
- Check in on load day on the progress of the move and quality of service
- Touch base after delivery to answer any questions
Stevens Worldwide Van Lines participates in the CHAMP program. This program assures the quality and reliability of the mover for GSA employee moves from one duty station to another.
