Required Education, Knowledge & Skills:

  • College Graduate preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of Construction Experience
  • Minimum 5 years Project Management – hospitality & commercial experience
  • Professionally qualified in one of the following:Project Management, Procurement Management, Construction Management, Interior Design, Architecture
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Advanced computer skills in MS Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CRM & various productivity programs
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
Job Summary

The primary responsibility of the Senior Project Manager is to plan, organize, lead, and control the project efficiently and effectively from beginning to end. Effectiveness of coordination with Project management teams, Construction team, and other outside consultants. Building a strong relationship with the client and gaining an excellent understanding of its business so as to enable the project or commission to contribute towards the client achieving its organizational objectives. Develop alternatives that are cost effective; ensure high quality results that meet and balance the needs of the Client and the Project; track and report item status from development through procurement, shipping, delivery and installation.
