Stevens Worldwide Van Lines, a nationwide supplier of premium household goods moving services, is seeking an effective, charismatic self-starter with excellent customer service skills to join our Government Traffic Department at our company headquarters located in Saginaw, Michigan.
As Move Coordinator this position will make customer contact with military service members to coordinate movement of their household goods. The ideal candidate will be exceptionally service oriented, have effective listening, verbal and written communication skills and must enjoy building positive customer relationships primarily through phone contact.
We’re looking for a high energy, self-motivated team player with excellent computer skills, proficient in MS Office, general office skills and must possess excellent interpersonal skills. This position is a full-time position in a high-paced environment.
