The Customer Service Coordinator is to provide single point coordination for relocating transferees to ensure seamless service delivery. The Relocation Consultant provides relocation benefits counseling and oversees relocations for corporate transferees from start to move completion. Processes required paperwork and performs input of information required for dispatch and move file. This position requires intensive phone communication.

As a Senior Staff Accountant, you will be part of a team analyzing and reconciling general ledger accounts to identify and resolve accounting discrepancies, and actively involved in month end close and financial reporting.  You will also be an integral part of transitioning our company with an accounting software migration from internally developed software to NetSuite.

Our company manages a full-service commercial domestic van line; a corporate relocation management specialist division; an internationally recognized freight forwarder of household goods and general commodities; and a furniture, fixtures, and equipment installation division.  We are comprised of 25 entities, with 51 business units, and are subject to consolidated financial statements with eliminating entries.

Job Summary:

The Director of Operations is responsible for ensuring all Stevens Van Lines customers receive professional, quality service. Adequately staff the central operations department to assure with a high degree of reliability that Stevens’ customers will receive professional and on-time relocation services.This position has primary responsibility for maintaining direct rapport with other van lines, military move management companies, hauling agents, and primary 409 haulers. Responsibility to assure that all van line registrations are processed timely and efficiently through the registration department. Drive a culture of quality, accountability and commitment to staff training and development. Ensure Central Operations is profitable and achieves established goals and benchmarks.

Job Summary:

As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, this position will be responsible for maintaining storage billing and receivables, managing customer accounts receivable based on customer type, and overseeing and investigating any short pays or chargebacks. An integral part of maintaining the integrity of accounts receivable aging reports and preparing certain banking reporting.
