The Banking Clerk is partially for maintaining and reconciling bank accounts and preparing various reports for management, entering deposits into the Stevens System, and managing/processing credit card transactions.

Job Responsibilities:

Banking and Reporting:

  • Enter daily deposits into the Stevens System by applying to the appropriate accounts.
  • Scan incoming checks with remote deposit scanner.Take checks to the bank when needed.Manage access and setup of remote deposit scanners at remote locations.
  • Enter any stop payments into the bank system and coordinate with AP Clerk or Controller on voiding check in Stevens System or NetSuite.
  • Process credit cards on an as needed basis throughout the day and upload processed transactions into the Stevens System.Manage credit card user group and add/delete users as needed.
