NBA Hall of Famer adds California home to real estate market

Homebuyers who are fans of the Los Angeles Lakers and Clippers might appreciate a Beverly Hills, California, residence that was recently listed. According to the National Association of Realtors, Elgin Baylor, an NBA Hall of Famer who was a player for the Lakers and general manager for the Clippers, is selling his Beverly Hills estate for $4.25 million.

Baylor's home features more than 8,100 square feet of space, eight bathrooms and six bedrooms. Property buyers might appreciate the home for its gourmet kitchen, vaulted ceilings and location, which offers scenic views of downtown Los Angeles. Additionally, the estate is located near Trousdale Estates, a section of Beverly Hills known for its high concentration of celebrity homes.
