National Treasure actor sells Newport Beach mansion

A California homebuyer recently acquired a national treasure from actor Nicolas Cage. According to The Orange County Register, Cage, an actor who has appeared in films such as The Rock, Con Air and City of Angels, sold his Newport Beach residence after he reduced the price by $10 million.

The mansion was listed for $24.95 million, and Cage acquired the property for $35 million in 2008. Located next to the Bayshore Drive house that once belonged to John Wayne, Cage's residence offers scenic views of the Main and Lido Channels. The waterfront residence was originally added to the real estate market in 2010 for $31.75 million and has six bedrooms, nine bathrooms, a detached guesthouse and an elevator.

Cage may soon need relocation movers to transport his possessions to another residence. A professional relocation and moving company can help a person pack his or her possessions in the days leading up to a move. Moving companies employ trained, experienced relocation specialists who will take care of a person's belongings and support people throughout their relocations.
