ATMs provide a great deal of convenience for people looking to get cash regardless of their location. However, when it comes to providing ATM services, location is quite important. Pendum, the largest independent ATM service provider in America, will be moving its headquarters from Denver, Colorado, to Chicago, Illinois, in order to consolidate its operations and facilitate communication.
"We expect this move to enhance the current levels of service and improve communication with the field technician workforce while gaining certain efficiencies," said the company's CEO, Brad Browder.
For this company, moving out of state is in fact a homecoming of sorts. Pendum already has an extensive training and support facility located near its new home in the Chicago suburb of Elmhurst. The move will help combine all of the company's programs into one region.
Providing services for ATMs is a complicated field, involving paper, printers, envelopes, ink and computer maintenance. To ensure that all of those supplies make the trip in an organized and efficient manner, Pendum could employ the services of a moving and relocation company. This would help make sure that the millions of people who use ATMs each day don't have to go home empty-handed.
