Rosie O'Donnell has sold homes in Chicago and Florida and is planning on moving out of state to New York City, Radar reports. Her new home will be one of the condos in the recently converted St. Vincent's Hospital building.
According to the New York Post, the stylish digs will set the celebrated talk show host back $8 million. The space includes four bedrooms, three bathrooms and ample outdoor space, which will come in handy for O'Donnell, her fiancee Michelle Rounds and her four children from a previous marriage of whom she shares custody.
The newly opened building has attracted celebrities such as Cameron Diaz and Blake Lively, who both looked at properties there.
In addition to the prime location and modern amenities, the property is green-themed, as it features filtered air and water and a garden-bedecked roof.
The halls of the new residence, which reached capacity after just eight months on the market, will likely be busy as the new tenants move in, which could complicate the relocation. Hiring professional household movers can help relieve some of the stress that often accompanies the process.
