NFL Hall of Famer lists California home

Jerry Rice, an NFL Hall of Fame wide receiver, is selling his Atherton, California, residence. According to the National Association of Realtors, Rice recently re-listed his Golden State home for $10.5 million.

Rice's house was built in 2001 in a three-story French chateau-style design and has been on and off the market since 2009. The property's amenities could make it attractive to buyers who appreciate deluxe accommodations because it features 13,908 square feet of space, six bedroom suites, a state-of-the-art movie theater and a home gym that includes $500,000 worth of weights and training equipment.
