The late 90s hit DJ and singer-songwriter Moby is selling his Hollywood Hills West property. The house is co-owned with Deanna Berkeley, who heads the contemporary fashion brand Alice + Olivia, the LA Times reports.
The property was purchased in 2008 for $2.95 million and has been leased for numerous years. Now listed at $3.695 million, it appears as if Moby and Berkeley are hoping to get a return on the investment. The listing went up for sale in the beginning of August 2012.
According to the news source, the Hollywood Regency-styled home was built in 1926. The property has undergone a few renovations and is now the quintessential California pad. With over 3,700 square feet of living space, a media room, a den featuring built-in bookshelves, three bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms, the property even features a trapezoidal pool complete with pergola and a guesthouse.
Moby and Berkeley may soon require relocation movers to help them transfer their belongings in a safe and professional manner once the property has a buyer.
