Soccer star Landon Donovan might be taking his powerful feet elsewhere. The Los Angeles Galaxy winger has put his five-bedroom home in Manhattan Beach, California, on the market, prompting many soccer fans to wonder whether he is moving out of state to join another club.
The house is listed for $4.295 million and will likely attract plenty of suitors, as it features a swimming pool, massage room, steam room, Jacuzzi, sauna and cold plunge, according to Forbes.
However, the home isn't entirely athletically-oriented. It also features a private theater and a bar area with storage for 300 bottles of wine, Radar reports. Additionally, the residence recently earned television exposure on MTV Cribs.
Many people interested in the world of Major League Soccer - in which Donovan's LA Galaxy team competes - are wondering if this will take him away from the league. Rumors have been circulating that the 30-year-old could be headed to the United Kingdom to join Everton, a team he has played for in the past.
"If there is a chance, I make sure that I try (to tempt him to Everton) every time I speak to him," Everton captain Phil Neville told Sports Illustrated.
Wherever he's headed, Donovan will certainly have a lot to take with him - he has won trophies with several teams. For people with a lot of valuable or sentimental belongings to move, hiring nationwide movers can make the process go smoothly.
