Stevens Worldwide Van Lines Adds New Agents to Commercial Agency Network

Stevens Worldwide Van Lines is pleased to announce the addition of nine moving and storage companies to its network of interstate agents. The new Stevens’ agents include the 2009 American Moving & Storage Association (AMSA) Independent Mover of the Year and a company largely dedicated to eco-friendly practices.
The agents that have joined Stevens Van Lines in the second half of 2009 include:

- Executive Moving Systems, Inc. in Woodbridge, VA
- Firebird Moving & Storage in Tucson, AZ
- Gordon Moving Services in Laguna Hills, CA
- Kay’s Trucking, Inc. in East Hartford, CT
- Movegreen, Inc. in Goleta, CA
- Student Movers, Inc. in Denver, CO
- Stumpf Moving & Storage Co. in Pittsburgh, PA
“While some of our new agents have been recognized in the industry or in their communities for individual achievements, each of these new agents brings its own strengths to the Stevens’ agency network and enhance the van line’s ability to offer comprehensive services across the country,” said Morrison M. Stevens, Jr., Vice President of the Commercial Agency Division.
Executive Moving Systems was the 2009 AMSA Independent Mover of the Year and Movegreen is recognized for its many “green” initiatives, including bio-diesel trucks, extensive recycling and tree-planting projects, Mr. Stevens noted.
