The Way to Move ... with Your Clergy Move Center Team
To accomplish our mission and core values, we carefully select our Professional Move Counselors and train them to provide the highest level of customer advocacy and service. With an average of 12 years of experience and certification through the American Moving & Storage Association, our move counselors possess a wealth of knowledge of the moving industry.
Every member of the Clergy Move Center team is a Certified Move Counselor and has completed Certified Professional Mover training. Each participates in ongoing Stevens-sponsored customer service and sales training and have career backgrounds heavily focused on customer service.
The Clergy Move Center team includes:
Vicki Bierlein, Vice President
Vicki joined the Clergy Move Center in 1994 as a Move Counselor. After four years she was promoted to Director and has led the division as Vice President since 2003. She travels to denominational conventions and meetings to present Stevens services, trains and supervises department personnel and is responsible for the day-to-day marketing and operations of the division. She is an internal ISO Auditor, has served on various committees at Stevens Van Lines and is a presenter at Agency Conventions.
Jean Warnemuende, Supervisor and Senior Move Counselor
Jean began her career in the Clergy Move Center in 1996 as a move counselor and was promoted to Senior Move Counselor two years later. She has served as Clergy Move Center Supervisor since 2003. The majority of her time is spent with customers counseling them about their moves and supervising the rest of the Clergy Move Center team. She also represents Stevens Van Lines and the Clergy Move Center at denominational conventions.
Sunny Sommer, Senior Move Counselor
Sunny is a Senior Move Counselor and has worked for the Clergy Move Center since 1999. She spent one year as Administrative Assistant to the department and was quickly she was promoted to move counselor. In addition to her primary role working with customers, Sunny also is an internal ISO Auditor.
Autumn Smith, Move Counselor
Autumn was hired at Stevens Van Lines in 1998 and has worked in various capacities in accounting, claims and in sales support. She has a passion for customer service and is fully dedicated to move counseling.
Holly Corbin, Administrative Assistant
Holly was hired at Stevens in 2005 and is the Administrative Assistant for the Clergy Move Center. She processes all paperwork, communicates regularly with Stevens agents throughout the country and assists with marketing and promotions.
